- PDphilip danosDec 8, 20251.0Do not expect anyone here to lift a finger to help you at the Independence branch. Customer service is horrible and the staff definitely forgot what manners are. The one thing they don't forget is to give themselves a positive rating on the keypad before you have a chance to enter it yourself. Its crazy how they get away with being so rude and intentionally unhelpful. 10 out of 10 recommend training a pigeon to deliver your mail instead of USPS.

My neighbors down the street just bought me like 10 envelopes of my mail. And forget about packages I don't even order packages to send here. Everytime someone mails me something it gets returned to sender. Worst post office ever. Please do better this is ridiculous!!
