- PPPaulMay 20, 20231.0Very unprofessional counter lady. I sell 50-100 CD's a month, sold over 5000 in past 10 years. Usually drop them at my local post office, or just in the drop box at post office. All pre-paid media mail labels. All I need is a scan This postal employee questioned what was in the package, (which I do not mind telling) then stated it doesn't count as media mail? Really. NEVER had a problem, never had a return from USPS or charge back. I wanted to use this PO because of conveince on days I am in area, but I'd rather just drop in a drop box than deal with someone who doesn't even know what media mail is for. Second time this has happened at this location. Hey lady, just take the package... Let postal inspectors determine what is or is not allowed.
- TSTonya SinclairOct 2, 20171.0My experience just from today. This doesnt even come close to the other dealings Ive had with her. She needs to be REMOVED from this post office. I dont even want to give it 1 star but that's the only way I could leave a review. So todays incident happened when I pulled into the post office and seen our flag wasnt at half mast like it was ordered to be. Had this same incident last year when our officers were gunned down and "she didnt get the email" . She is VERY RUDE, has no customer service skills and doesnt work well with the customers when there is a problem. Very nasty attitude. But anyways this is what happened today. Imagine that. Good old Holden post office. Had to let them know AGAIN that flag is supposed to be at half mast. UPDATE: ***So not only did I tell her in person, I left to run to store and about 10 minutes later came back thru, and flag is still not lowered. So I called and the rude one answered the phone and this is the convo after she picked up the phone. Me: Maam are you aware our flag is to be at half mast Her: and for what reason is it to be at half mast? (Very nasty tone) Me: All the deaths in Vegas last night plus one of our Lafayette police officers was killed in the line of duty. Her: And who ordered this half mast (still very rude) Me: Our POTUS Mr Donald Trump Her: well maam your president Mr Trump didnt send me an email. Me: So your the only post office in the parish that doesn't get the emails because this is the SECOND time Ive had to let you know when our flag should be at half mast. I shouldnt have to do your job. I'll call your superior and let them know somethings wrong with your email bc you never get the ones pertaining to the flag. Her: you call who ever you like Goodye. And she hung up. Way to conduct yourself with the public maam.
