I could not get any numbers off the vehicle BUT believe it was a package delivery run because he was gojng the opposite direction of the normal carrier. The driver was a black man and wearing a hat. This neighborhood is full of children, pets and seniors any of who may be out on rhe street walking or playing. THE SPEED LIMIT IS 25 MPH!!! This is PURE WRECKLESS DRIVING THAT ENDANGERS THE SAFETY OF THE RESIDENTS OF THIS NEIGHBORHOOD! IT WILL BE REPORTED.
