    Terrible service!!!! went UPS on WestBank new Orleans ..to ship a package... inquired about the arrival ..the older woman with a wig Blackman shirt named "Keisha " got sold pissed off ...she takes the computer forces it to turn toward me knocking my purse off the counter . I did not ask to see her screen .. then leaves computer storms off the back .. I understand why any costumer should experience this .. was not my first time there and it will definitely be my last ..

    I had 4 items to return to Amazon with 4 different QR codes. The clerk said he only needed to scan 1. Well, I still have not been credited for 3 of them! Be sure to have all QR codes scanned for proper credit.

    The most important reason I rated The UPS store in Harvey Louisiana 10 is because of the great customer service. I frequent that store often and I'm just so happy to go back there when I have a package to mail because the staff is so cordial. I really would venture to say I shop a lot and I think that store really knows what it means to service people. I really can't say enough about that store it feels really good when you walk into a business and the workers just have such decent respect for the people that come into the store thanks so much for the workers in The UPS store at 1801 Manhattan boulevard suite J Harvey Louisiana 70058.
