  This is the best UPS store I've been too. I will drive 30 minutes just to make my returns here. Mr. Terrence and his team are all wonderful people. Highly recommend using their other services, too. Printing, etc. We also used to have a corporate mailbox here until we moved our office. Thank you, Mr. Terrance and Team for the hard work you do to make this store a success!

  Always quick and easy - they are gracious, quick and efficient. Sometimes the lines are long, but they can't really help there - in any case, I would highly recommend this location.

  I was amazed at how polite, helpful and in conteol the staff managed to be in the middle of what, at most other establishments, appears to be Christmas chaos. They were quick, reassuring, and offered helpful guidance to ship my gift quicker and cheaper than I had planned. Special thanks to Diamond who took total control of the situation and who was as sweet as could be. And a special shout our to driver, Dell, who offered his help.

  This is BY FAR the best UPS store I’ve been to in the New Orleans area! Always very courteous and fast and efficient service. Calm and collected. They know how to do their job and do it well! Bonus points for the automated doors that allow for ease access into the store when carrying a bunch of packages. Love this store and it’s well worth the extra few minutes drive time!!

  This is the only UPS I want to go to. I have passed up other UPS locations to go to this one. Although the parking lot can be troublesome, I will deal with it. The staff here have always and I mean ALWAYS been very nice, helpful and consistent. I’m typically there at least once every 2 weeks. I have never once heard any customers be rude or troublesome to the staff and I have never heard the staff be rude, unprofessional or unhelpful in return. Since I began going to this UPS religiously I have routinely seen an older gentleman, very nice, polite, super helpful - I get a manager/owner vibe from him, not 100% sure. There have also been others I see in there from time to time and I have been helped by Diamond a few times as well and so has my husband. I know it was her that helped him even though I wasn’t there because of the way he spoke about her. As I said, this is my absolute favorite UPS, I will skip others just to go to this location. I was already sold on it when I routinely interacted with the manager/owner, however, the first time Diamond helped me, it was a particularly confusing bunch of returns - numerous dresses with all the same color, different styles, several different suppliers, etc. I immediately realized I should have prepared better and got frustrated with myself because I am typically cognizant that I am not the only customer and there is typically people waiting behind me. It didn’t phase Diamond in the least. She didn’t know it, but she immediately calmed my anxiety and spoke with a “let’s work through this together, it’s all good, we got this” - type of vibe/tone. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Diamond again. Seriously! Can we just get her and clone her. So helpful! So professional! So GENUINE! I truly hope UPS treats their employees as good as this location treats its customers! This level of employee to customer interaction and vice versa is unheard of these days! THANK YOU UPS-ELMWOOD!!! Sending tons of praise and blessings to y’all!!!
