    My packages have never been delivered to my house or mailbox. It's an issue every time it's out for delivery.

    Very unprofessional. They were delivering my package and marked it as delivered then 3 minutes later marked it as vacant. I called 3 times starting at 4 to see if I could pick up my package or if the driver was still in transit and there was no answer any of the times. It was like they just let the phone ring till they closed.

    I spoke with the mail woman yesterday about leaving my package in locker number three. The key to open the door never works. She tried opening it in front of me and couldn’t. Today she puts my other package in the same locker that doesn’t work. This is not the first time this continues to happen. I should not have to reach out to USPS every time a package is delivered.

    To be honest, I don't know why people still work there. You call a number and nobody picks up. They should all be sacked. They need to be reported big time.

    I have called and they don't answer the phone they take it off the hook so you can't talk to them also you don't get your mail everyday like you should be and mail to be picked up sits in your box for 2days at least before they decide to pick it up They have HORRIBLE SERVICE!
