It literally says “ Show the equipment to The UPS Store representative and they’ll scan the serial number to begin the return. The UPS Store will box and process your return. Don’t forget to ask for a return receipt for your reference.” Once it was my turn, It was at the counter 35 minutes while she continuously tried to find problems and was very passive aggressive. I just stood there quietly and I watched her bs. I had a Wi-Fi extender and a Verizon gateway, two separate returns. Both items were already in their original Verizon grey boxes. One says Wi-Fi Extender, the other says Verizon Internet gateway. The serial number is on the exterior of the Verizon boxes and on the equipment. So literally, she only had to scan the serial numbers on the exterior of the boxes, put them in additional box for shipping and hand me my receipt. She still complained. I ultimately told her not to worry about it with a smile and left. I don’t know if she hasn’t been trained on a Verizon returns but it was really sad and in combination with her arrogant attitude, just embarrassing.
