The first time RXO showed up, they informed me they were not under contract to install the appliance. Once I cleared up the confusion with RXO/Electrolux, RXO came back out to install my wash tower. When they arrived they informed me that they were not able to install my appliance because they did not want to perform the decoupling step needed to get the appliance up the stairs. Very disappointed in their “service” and would not recommend. *edit 12/17 RXO reached out to me to apologize and schedule another team to come out and install my wash tower. The second team did not want to perform the decoupling step either. We have taken 3 days off of work and our appliance is still not installed. I would give 0 stars if possible. *edit #2 12/17 Called Home Depot pro referral service and they had someone over and my appliance installed within the hour. Save your time and avoid RXO
