  Diggs delivered my oak headboard and bedframe that I had been expecting for weeks from Casper. I had kept the mattress previously purchased from Casper in its box from the time I left a previous state until I moved to a new state hundreds of miles away. From the moment of Diggs’s delivery of the headboard and bedframe, he went straight to work. Not only did he bring the heavy furniture inside, but he assembled it; that was not an easy task! Then, he proceeded with laying the foundation that I had previously purchased for the bed on top of the bedframe. Next, he opened the box containing the King-sized mattress and helped me to encase the mattress in a zippable full-coverage mattress protector. I was so pleased to finally have my entire bed put together! Diggs was so courteous and willing to help me to complete my mission of getting my bed together. I had never met a delivery person like him who had volunteered to go the extra mile! I was very appreciative for Diggs’s help and willingness to not only deliver the product in perfect shape, but to go further to help me assemble the entire bed! Having such a delivery man who goes out of his way to help a customer is a truly welcomed event.

  Diggs delivered our LG washer and dryer units representing RXO Delivery. I have never experienced anyone more efficient, more respectful of our home/floors and accommodating to meet our requirements as he. I only hope my new appliances work as well as Diggs. In addition, RXO was excellent in their communications with us from scheduling to installation. 5 stars!

  The delivery guy Diggs did an amazing job! He was professional, on time, and courteous, with a great attitude throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions clearly and made the experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate his excellent service! Diggs keep up the good work.

  I purchased a dryer from Sam’s Club and RXO handled the delivery. The experience was seamless from start to finish. Confirming the delivery date, time, and address was easy when I received the automated call. I was given a reminder call the day before delivery, and the day of, the delivery team was phenomenal. They called prior to arriving, and from the moment I opened the door they blew me away with their polite, friendly, and professional demeanor. Andre and Larry are fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my new dryer was installed exactly where I wanted it, and that the process was as easy as possible.   I gave 5 stars because that is the most you could give but if possible I would give Mr Diggs 10 stars. Me and my wife ordered a new Samsung refrigerator which was assigned to Mr Diggs at RXO Hammond for delivery and installation. On Delivery day Mr Diggs kept us informed about his whereabouts (pickup, travel, arrival) times which was very considerate of him as we were very busy and did not have much time to sit around and wait. Therefore we knew exactly what time he would arrive. After he arrived he had to remove all of the doors and drawers in order to fit it through my front door. After moving the refrigerator into place he then reinstalled the doors and drawers with precision in no time. Mr Diggs is very professional and very customer oriented. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing something delivered. Thank you Mr Diggs.
