The manager at this postal office is rude and unprofessional. It is very clear that they will hire any billy joe off of the street to manage this facility. I was given the postmaster’s contact information, called, left messages and Gina Jones still hasn’t returned any of my phone calls. That was a month ago. Their postal driver destroyed my property and feel it is ok to inconvenience me by picking up my own mail. So let’s add lazy to the list. They should hire better respectable staff & upper management. Only then the customer service will improve.

The lady at the front desk today (02/28/2022 @ 1:15 pm CST) was utterly unprofessional. She was openly flirting with a customer ahead of me in line for at least 10 minutes while I waited in the front lobby. When it was my turn, she immediately refused to process a simple Amazon return package because I didn't print the return QR code. I've never had to do anything like that before for USPS, UPS or FedEx. Who needs to print a QR code? Which year is this?
