  Went to Walmart in Gonzales to ship a package Craig would not take it , he told me to schedule a pickup from my home then he would print my label , after he told me to create a label he didn’t want to print it I stayed there for two hours trying to get help didn’t achieve any kind of help , I went to A1 mailing stayed in there ten minutes and all was done no problem no questions thanks A1 the girl was very knowledgeable !!!

  I cannot say enough about Craig BAECHT, the store manager. Let’s just say I’m not the most tech savvy person, and this man had the patience of Job, was able to get my printing done quickly and probably save this girl from a total meltdown. As I thanked him numerous times, he always said “that’s what we’re here for“. While I agree, let me tell you customer service like that is hard to find these days and when I do, I want to make sure it is recognized and rewarded. Unlike my experience with Office Depot, which has always been frustrating, unhelpful, and bordering on downright rude, FedEx has a new customer for life.

  I believe his name was Craig but he was a great help! Fast service and offered to retape my packages for safe transit.

  I am fed up with FedEx. Their have been 2 drive bys and no delivery attempts of my package. First attempt had 2 people on the truck and the driver parked in the street ran to the door and left a sticky note with no knock on the door, and no direction on the sticky note. Second attempt after the weekend, driver pulled up at 7:30 pm parked in the road, and drove off when i went outside. Tried to call customer service to give them a chance to help, and the outsourced representative was not able to contact the driver or provide any assistance to get my package dropped off at a local FedEx, but she did put me hold half a dozen times, total waste of time. I tried to use the app, but it is not helpful either.

  I called another FedEx Store in Baton Rouge and they refused to give me a price quote on the phone. The FedEx website is absolutely horrendous now it doesn't include all of their available options, including the more cost-effective. I called this location and the young man on the phone not only got me a quote but was able to do it in a very polite and professional manner.
