  Black old lady with glasses rude for no reason lol, expected me to know everything because I had a we code, didn’t say a word or greeted me.if you don’t wanna work then don’t work there, having a attitude for no reason

  I would recommend going to Fed Ex. Better customer service. This short Caucasian lady was so rude before closing time. She was even rude to another customer she had prior to me before the store closed. It shouldnt be the customers fault that employees work 12hr shifts. Those employees need evaluation from corporate on how to properly talk to customers.

  Visited this store today to return 7 Amazon items, the Lady on the register to the right was on her phone when I walked up to her register; She did not great me, she just stared at me… I told her I have a few Amazon returns, she said to place the items on the scale one at a time, and I told to give me a second while I was waiting for the QR codes to load on the App… She made a sigh and crossed her arms… the app finally loaded, which only took a few seconds, she scanned it, and placed the item in a clear bag then threw it across the room at a box, it bounced off the box and onto the floor… out of the 7 items I returned she only walked one of them over to the big box behind the other register. She printed my receipt then stuck out for me to grab without saying a word, no thank you, no thanks for doing business with us today, nothing! I told her thank you and have a great day, then turned and left. I don’t do a lot of business with this store but I do ship items from here time to time. This employee needs a few lessons in customer service. If she doesn’t like her job she should find another one that is better suited for her poor attitude! She does not look happy to be there!

  I had an awful experience with one of the drivers who was extremely rude, slammed on his brakes in front of me, and then immediately turned, and as I went to pass him, he jumped out of his truck, as if he wanted to fight me. I took pictures of his license plate and his truck number and I called the store over and over and over again and nobody will answer the phone so not only is the driver terrible But I can’t get anybody on the phone in the Gonzales store either I love UPS. I’ve never had any issues with them in the past, but this was an awful experience and a time of need when I tried to take action. No one was available to help me.
