- ADArlene DaigleDec 1, 20251.0Went to Walmart in Gonzales to ship a package Craig would not take it , he told me to schedule a pickup from my home then he would print my label , after he told me to create a label he didn’t want to print it I stayed there for two hours trying to get help didn’t achieve any kind of help , I went to A1 mailing stayed in there ten minutes and all was done no problem no questions thanks A1 the girl was very knowledgeable !!!

- JVJosh ValentineNov 19, 20241.0I am fed up with FedEx. Their have been 2 drive bys and no delivery attempts of my package. First attempt had 2 people on the truck and the driver parked in the street ran to the door and left a sticky note with no knock on the door, and no direction on the sticky note. Second attempt after the weekend, driver pulled up at 7:30 pm parked in the road, and drove off when i went outside. Tried to call customer service to give them a chance to help, and the outsourced representative was not able to contact the driver or provide any assistance to get my package dropped off at a local FedEx, but she did put me hold half a dozen times, total waste of time. I tried to use the app, but it is not helpful either.

- RKRF KApr 13, 20235.0I called another FedEx Store in Baton Rouge and they refused to give me a price quote on the phone. The FedEx website is absolutely horrendous now it doesn't include all of their available options, including the more cost-effective. I called this location and the young man on the phone not only got me a quote but was able to do it in a very polite and professional manner.
