- JVJosh ValentineNov 19, 20241.0I am fed up with FedEx. Their have been 2 drive bys and no delivery attempts of my package. First attempt had 2 people on the truck and the driver parked in the street ran to the door and left a sticky note with no knock on the door, and no direction on the sticky note. Second attempt after the weekend, driver pulled up at 7:30 pm parked in the road, and drove off when i went outside. Tried to call customer service to give them a chance to help, and the outsourced representative was not able to contact the driver or provide any assistance to get my package dropped off at a local FedEx, but she did put me hold half a dozen times, total waste of time. I tried to use the app, but it is not helpful either.
