- CSChris ShumakeJan 1, 20261.0Terrible service over multiple years. Damaged packages. Damaged items. Opened mail. Mail marked delivered but it's not. I've had them make me drive to the office multiple times to pick up packages bc they couldn't deliver them. I've waited outside the office during business hours when they were supposed to be open but nobody was there. It's terrible. Seems like a waste of government money that could be spent more effectively.
