I went to the office in Prairieville a lot for my small business and they aren’t rude really but they definitely aren’t nicer and friendly. This place in Geismar was amazing actually welcomed me and thanked me when I left. It seems so simple but it makes a difference. Idk why the reviews are so low, definitely wasn’t my experience.

I filed two separate help tickets to USPS recently, and the Postmaster of the Geismar PO followed up within a business day (same day for one!) for both. Excellent service, very polite, and we were able to resolve both issues quickly. This is not the first time, either - only the most recent time. Thanks for being a service to the community.
