After I went through all of the automated questions that took forever. Finally, I was on hold for the next available agent. Approximate wait time 78 minutes. No problem, I thought! As I waited patiently/Patiently/Patiently/ Someone sounded like they came to the phone lo and behold it was an answering machine. It said thanks for using their service and then hung up on me! USPS is a joke and they should go out of business

It is a smaller service area compared to larger post offices, but they have a wrap around hallway outside the service room filled with po boxes. Hours are clearly labeled in entry way and mail pick up for the drop off box is 3:30pm Monday through Friday and 12:30 Saturdays.
