After I went through all of the automated questions that took forever. Finally, I was on hold for the next available agent. Approximate wait time 78 minutes. No problem, I thought! As I waited patiently/Patiently/Patiently/ Someone sounded like they came to the phone lo and behold it was an answering machine. It said thanks for using their service and then hung up on me! USPS is a joke and they should go out of business

Had to go to Folsom just to get a 30 second task done! Very unhelpful and useless post office, waste of taxpayer money

I tried to mail something that someone had purchased from me online and they didnt have a box to fit it (just a pair of heels so it wasn't large at all) and the lady was not clear and didnt say what she meant and I ended up having to pay DOUBLE what I was even getting for the item being shipped because I had to pay for the box myself. Making the drive to bogalousa post office instead because they actually take care of their customers unlike this place.
