Worst post office around, you can't bring a package without the labels yourself, even if you have the prepaid shipping QR code you will be turned around! Had to go to Folsom just to get a 30 second task done! Very unhelpful and useless post office, waste of taxpayer money

They don't want to keep there word. They told me that when two or more people get addresses for my road that they would let us move our mail boxes down Luna Ln.. that was a lie. It is dangerous checking our mail. People speed down that road. Now there is going to be two more mail boxes out there. I guess someone's going to have to get run over before they let us move the mail boxes on our road.

Their prepaid priority boxes were incredibly small. I tried to mail something that someone had purchased from me online and they didnt have a box to fit it (just a pair of heels so it wasn't large at all) and the lady was not clear and didnt say what she meant and I ended up having to pay DOUBLE what I was even getting for the item being shipped because I had to pay for the box myself. Making the drive to bogalousa post office instead because they actually take care of their customers unlike this place.
