My kids were being feral and he was so helpful and made some great jokes about it. It was my daughter’s first time mailing packages and he was so kind walking her through it. And was very patient when we got an address wrong. He was there by himself and got people through quickly and kindly since it was busy with the Christmas rush.

Late to open nearly every morning, your package may have been delivered and “available for pick up” but they havnt sorted any of the days shipments even though its already 12pm. Staff is always huffing and puffing when you ask them for help or to do their job. Overall horrible experience. Sorry to all the fellow fort Polk boys stuck using it.
