Unbelievably disappointed with USPS as a whole. I spoke with someone regarding a solution for me to receive my mail until a box is placed. Mrs. Dupre called the Postmaster in Ragley. This message was never passed down and I waited all weekend just to find out there was no communication to the delivery routes. Thank God for the woman I usually talk to on the Dry Creek office. She actually takes the initiative to handle things and clear up misunderstandings. Awful way to run a team much less a district.

Very disappointed in whoever is making decisions for Dry Creek PO. The woman who works there is amazing so this is not about her. (ML is amazing) For some reason they will not deliver to our address on the highway two miles down the road or anywhere on the road toward Reeves, La. so they give you a free mailbox. For not delivering for absolutely no reason, however; THEY DO deliver to the other side of the highway out toward Wye, La Recently, they put a notice up saying if there is no box on the address and it’s delivered to the PO, they will send it back at the end of the day. (Which could be rerouted to utilize FedEx or UPS) Wow. People work, seniors can’t afford to go to the post office everyday. First; UPS AND FEDEX Sometime contract through USPS and deliver to the local post offices. Doesn’t matter where you order it if you do add a post office almost everything defaults to being shipped to the post office. HOWEVER; I DONT want to have my stuff shipped to the post office because they refuse to deliver to my house and I can’t always make it to the post office everyday, and I don’t want to chase my packages down since that’s WHY I USE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, and this branch has the most erratic hours when their main agent is out. Even more so, and especially since my last three pickups from the post office were complete damaged and broken. 2 heavy boxes of 1 gallon glass Apothecary jars, completely shattered. (EXTREMELY HEAVY JARS). Eventually I had to cancel the order. My point is that they are trapping their customers in to working around their ever changing schedules, This is literally forcing shippers to ship to the USPS. We can’t depend on this branch like everyone should be able to depend on their neighborhood post office *** One day we were told they won’t put the mail out until about 10:30 and to come back them. Seriously? Something needs to be done about the DECISIONS being made for our branch by the manger or post master? Many are complaining. .I’m not adding my post office number and I’ll just start filing against USPS Insurance when my stuff is lost or damaged. If it’s not there when I pick it up. Even if it’s up there for two weeks while traveling, they are out of control.

I randomly stop at this post office to inquire about mail activity; and I have to confess. The lady at the counter is always professional, very supportive, and articulate. That means a lot to customers like me. She knows what customer service is all about. Customer service is everything to me and it is so important because it increases customer loyalty. It increases the amount of money a customer spends, and it increases how often a customer buys from you. In short, happy customers lead to more revenue, growth, and sustainability. The Lady at the counter understands this, and a customer like myself finds great appreciation in her ambition to take customers like me seriously. If I could, I would give this post office a 100-Star rating.
