- VVVeraJan 1, 20261.0Horrible service on Hold Mail I went to the office and fill out a hold card for my mail to be stop while i was out of town and they still delivered my mail anyway when i got back in town i went in to the office and ask for the manager and a lady came up to speak to me her name was Bria Blake and she tell me the worker who is on that route is off and they had someone new on the route and she didn't know what she was doing she apologize i said ok now 3 weeks later i went out of town again i went to the office fill out a hold mail card again and got back home and all the mail was delivered again i ask to speak to the manager again spoken to sha'ron who really couldn't tell me nothing so i ask to speak back to the other manager Bria Blake she comes up and just say the same thing she told me a month ago i ask her what's the point of filling out a hold card if y'all going to deliver the mail anyway she was very unconcerned and show me that she didn't care i told her i will call and speak to upper management and she told me oh well do whatever you have to do i said i will and i went to my car and sha'ron came out to my car and apologize to me and said that shouldn't happen like that as a manager it was handle very poorly and upper management need to come in to this denham springs po office because the workers here have a very bad attitude and we deserve better than this

- RHRhoda HarrisNov 18, 20251.0It’s always a problem with the mail carrier that services Arden Park Apartments, it shows an important piece of mail was supposed to be delivered on Saturday and it’s Tuesday and still have yet to receive it. Mail is never properly delivered here some days they leave the whole container of mail sitting out never placed in boxes. They leave the whole complex packages in an outside mail room to be stolen never delivered to the person’s door. They talk to ppl like they’re trash it’s just ridiculous the way they treat other people’s property they need to really screen these people before allowing them to handle other people important stuff like would you want someone to do you the things yall do people I THINK NOT. Times are hard enough while play games with people important mail. Just ridiculous and please don’t go there they have the worst attitudes ever.
