I always get there during the last hour of their workday, so I'm sure they're tired, yet they're still consistently kind and helpful. And they keep that line moving! Sometimes the line will be to the door or outside of it, and it still flows quickly! Last time I went, I thought my return didn't need packaging, but it did. I asked him if he could print my label and I was going to step out of the way and package it myself while he waited on other customers (this is what they'd have you do at the post office!). But no, he would have none of that. He packaged it up for me. They always go above and beyond! Recently one of them made me laugh with his good sense of humor when I apologized for my terrible packing job. Ha! They just roll with the punches and I love them for it. Super thankful for this staff in a day where great customer service seems to be rare!

Impossible as it was a new york address. Train your staff. Took it to coursey store and they scanned with no problem. Frustrating.

But on one particular day the young man that helped me went above and beyond expectations. I believe his name was Grayson . I was frustrated because the item i was returning would not go back into the crate it came in . He went to work making it fit like a jigsaw puzzle. All 80 pounds of it . His parents should be very proud of this smart , capable, caring young man . He sure saved the day for this old lady
