Her supervisor, Trey, called back to log my complaint but I never heard anything more about their investigation on what happened to my package. I tried many times to call back but the call with please hold and connecting goes absolutely no where… Nice service USPS☹️
- LGlacie gomezJul 19, 20251.0Don’t bother making a passport appointment here. They will allow you to show up and then lie to you and say they don’t have a passport agent to do your appointment . ( Despite Peggy the passport agent standing right there at the counter talking about going to take her break at the same time of your appointment) then when she tried to reschedule my appointment she said if I make it for a Saturday I may show up and have them refuse to complete my appointment again because a passport agent “isn’t there” aka doesn’t want to do your appointment. FYI- I know she was the passport agent because she just did a passport appointment for me a few months ago, I back doing an appointment for my kids.
