For the second time my mail lady mistakenly delivered my package in someone else mail locker. Her supervisor, Trey, called back to log my complaint but I never heard anything more about their investigation on what happened to my package. I tried many times to call back but the call with please hold and connecting goes absolutely no where… Nice service USPS☹️

Don’t bother making a passport appointment here. They will allow you to show up and then lie to you and say they don’t have a passport agent to do your appointment . ( Despite Peggy the passport agent standing right there at the counter talking about going to take her break at the same time of your appointment) then when she tried to reschedule my appointment she said if I make it for a Saturday I may show up and have them refuse to complete my appointment again because a passport agent “isn’t there” aka doesn’t want to do your appointment. FYI- I know she was the passport agent because she just did a passport appointment for me a few months ago, I back doing an appointment for my kids.

Our mail is constantly being put into other people's (locked) mailboxes. The delivery person for our neighborhood is also extremely rude.

This service provided by this post office is absolutely atrocious. They claim that package delivery failed when in reality they never attempted to deliver it. All of my Mother's Day gifts for my mother are now arriving late, and I have to drive twenty minutes on Monday to go pick up my package from the branch. These postal workers are entirely incompetent and are making me waste my time to pick up my package, which is THEIR job. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

THE worst post office I've dealt with! When you go to the actual P.O. the employees are downright rude....until they would like you to take YOUR valuable time to "complete the survey" about your experience! Mail carrier has screwed up my mail and packages more times than I can count, today for example...I received someone else's package and my own was NOT delivered. THEN I received a text alert saying that a delivery attempt was made, at 6:00 P.M. ! Said carrier had already been there, TWICE! So someone "ATTEMPTED" to deliver it at 6:00 P.M.?? None of this makes sense to me and I'm LIVID! I've also had MY mail delivered to the wrong box (row of businesses) and my rent statement happened to be in someone else's box. The same carrier has screwed up every business's mail in the complex...and one business had checks STOLEN because of that carriers incompetence! How much more are we supposed to take? I'm filing a complaint along with several others who are fed up! Their screw ups have cost me money, wasted time (can't get THAT back), and much inconvenience. I had to pay late fees for things because I didn't get my bills on time...because they were in a mailbox that doesn't belong to me! WHY would I think to look in any other box but my own for MY mail??? Every single employee at this location is incompetent and I advise anyone even CONSIDERING using this office, DON'T! Try the Post Office at Rouses on Hwy 190 near Big Lots. They are fast AND incredibly friendly. Unfortunately you can't do anything about who "delivers". In the future, I'll be using FedEx to send any packages, statistics for FedEX are better than UPS and USPS combined. If I could give Zero stars, I would give this location a minus 5! They dropped the ball and obviously lost it!
