  Most sorry and lazy sad workers that works at fedex don’t care what happens to your stuff god forbid it’s theirs. Do better

  FedEx doesn’t even deserve a star for how I’ve been treated this week. AT&T ordered my phones and iPad to be delivered to them which one phone and iPad arrived on time through UPS but my phone through FedEx has never arrived.The deliver driver takes a picture of the store closed at 9:30am but the manager is there at 9:00 am and even put a sign on the door saying to knock for package delivery cause someone’s there but the driver just leaves.Even tried customer service which I couldn’t talk to a real person till I drove all the way to the Covington store.They gave me a number to call but it still didn’t help. So now I have to wait infront of AT&T all day to hopefully get my package.I will never use this shipping company ever again if I can help it. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.

  Held my package while we were on vacation. Called and they verified it was there. Pick up process went well - definitely need the tracking number & photo ID.

  I messed up & closed my envelope & couldn't reopen. They helped me with new envelope & moved my Label to new Envelope so I could put my specimen in the box inside the new envelope. And they were ready to close in 10 minutes. Very impressed & very happy that they were able to solve my problem & get my stuff in the mail for this Research project. Thanks a Million !!
