The employees are extremely rude, disrespectful, and often yell at customers. Unfortunately, I have no other choice but to come to this location because my home is far from any other post office. During my recent visit, I was called to the counter by one employee who handed me a form to fill out. After I finished, I stood nearby as instructed to wait for the next available worker. However, when another female employee came out, she started shouting at me, saying, “You need to go back and wait in line! I didn’t call your name! Why are you standing at my station?” She raised her voice at me in front of others even though I had already been called and was simply following instructions. This kind of rude and unprofessional behavior happens every time I visit this location not just to me but to many other customers as well. As an Asian person with limited English skills, I feel that I am being discriminated against and treated worse than other American customers. The tone and attitude toward me were noticeably harsher and more disrespectful.
- FMfrankie mcguireAug 28, 20251.0This is the worst post office I've ever seen, the people are very unprofessional and rude, I walked in at 4:01pm to just drop a package off, nothing serious just, drop off, scan, that's it, this dude locked the door as I was walking in and wouldn't take my package, there have been other incidents as well but this is what really topped it off, how you open at 9:30am and close at 4pm? Y'all not even open a whole 8 hours and expect people who work 9-5's to be able to go to the post office? Y'all might as well shut down
