Welcomes you, smiles, apologizes if you had a wait no matter how short the wait may have been. Offers you if you need anything else, explains your information on your receipt. Knowledgeable about any quesions you may have. I am probably leaving out something because they truly are the best workers, nicest, kindness, helpful, & polite. I have been in Lafayette since 1979 and been to every location here. This locations far exceeds them all. Bless to have this location near to me since 2010. I cannot say enough about the staff there. They Definitely Deserve Recognition For The Excellent Service They Consistently Give Their Customers. Thanks, C.Savoy

For whatever reason they didn’t deliver & said it required a signature- we tried to pick up & they can’t find the package & have basically refused to look for it. Package came all the way from England then they lost it & have done zero to help. We’ve made multiple trips to office to try & get the package. Irreplaceable item... not the first time. Sad there is no recourse to do anything. It will be so fun to tell my son he doesn’t get his gift because the people at the post office are incompetent. And people wonder why they are going under.
