Two days before my vacation I didn't receive my delivery after it says it arrive at my post office. They told me that my package was ship to Florida !! I'm not understanding how it got accidentally ship to another state when you have to scan the package barcode. Always have problems with this post office just ridiculous.

For whatever reason they didn’t deliver & said it required a signature- we tried to pick up & they can’t find the package & have basically refused to look for it. Package came all the way from England then they lost it & have done zero to help. We’ve made multiple trips to office to try & get the package. Irreplaceable item... not the first time. Sad there is no recourse to do anything. It will be so fun to tell my son he doesn’t get his gift because the people at the post office are incompetent. And people wonder why they are going under.
