  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First and foremost, I have to give a major shoutout to Sam at the UPS Store in Broussard. He truly goes above and beyond — the definition of exceptional customer service. I came in with some last-minute print projects that were honestly pretty big, and I wasn’t even sure it would be possible to get them done in time. Not only did Sam make it happen, but he stayed beyond working hours to ensure everything was completed for me the very next day. Because of that, we were fully prepared — and we thrived at our event. I’m beyond grateful. On top of that, his entire staff is always friendly and welcoming. One thing I really respect is the consistency — you see the same team, which says a lot about his leadership and the kind of environment he’s created. And I have to say, Sam is just a great person all around — like a big teddy bear. He’s warm, easy to talk to, and always makes you feel comfortable. That kind of genuine energy is rare. I’ve been to quite a few UPS stores, and customer service can sometimes feel robotic — but not here. This location truly feels like home. Between Sam’s leadership, his ability to get things done quickly, his willingness to work with you, and his fair pricing, this place is unmatched. Highly, highly recommend!
