- MDMegan DianeJul 7, 20251.0Mail person did not deliver my package and changed the status to "Held at post office due to customer request" which is a blatant lie. I have received no notification that this has happened; I had to check the tracking number to see why it wasn't delivered. I'm a night shift worker 12 hour shifts 7 days in a row and now I have to miss out on several hours of sleep after my 5th 12 hour night shift in a row to go pick up my package during business hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you make a mistake and forget to deliver my package then just deliver it the next day, don't lie and then not deliver it at all. Pitiful.

One Particular Mail Carrier on my Route, she is so rude and ugly. Slamming fragile packages down instead of handing it to me.
