- ARAlex RobichauxJul 17, 20251.0USPS DOES NOT CARE ANYMORE!!! Maybe there was a time they did but no more. The attached pictures are how we received our packages from them. Our coffee syrup spilt all over the other products. Packaging torn up. I called and got hung up on 8 times by both their bots and people. 7 of those 8 times I was not rude but yes time number 8 I lost my patience. Which I think 7 hang ups is me being very considerate. I tried putting in a claim online and they said we had to have the insurance. Well USPS insurance was not an option on amazon now was it! I will forever despise USPS as a delivery service now and forever!! And the only reason they get 1 star is cause I can't post this without giving them a star but if was my total freedom to rate them accurately, they have -5.
