  All USPS needs to be criminally investigated and this one is no different. They admittedly dropped off a package to the wrong address but offered no recourse other than to file a claim. The only reason this USPS was involved is because I had to cancel my pobox in minden because I never received a single item and didn't even get a full refund for the pobox, so I got a mail locker in bossier city and the local USPS still brought it to the wrong address. I can't even file a claim because I've used over a dozen user names I can't access because I've been through this so many times with USPS before. The clerk at this local office said his name was Johnny. He said he would go to the address the package was wrongly delivered to but never did and just told me to file a claim. Of course the address has no recollection of the package. It's like usps' recourse system is so purposely awful just to avoid any culpability. These people are thieves, how does this company receive so much money but still perform so poorly against it's competitors. They don't have to perform adequate American service because they know everyone relies on them to get their mail anyway. Such a disgrace. The law needs to get involved, nobody is above it.

  Deliver half of my package and keeps the other half at the office. Office is closed so now I have to wait for the office to open up to collect my package when it should've just been left at the front door.

  This postal office drastically needs a name change. "PLANTATION" being a part of any business name in 2025 is disappointing.

  Most unprofessional group of people I've ever had to deal with. Station manager AJ enjoys talking down to customers when he can be bothered to work more than 3 hours a day. Of the 4-5 employees I had to deal with none of them knew their jobs or what they do or don't have the authority to say. One employee is such a professional that while on a phone disagreeing with each other he decided to explain to me that I should "behave like a man" and that me refusing to accept them being wrong "clearly should that I was ungodly" and "did not have God in my life otherwise I wouldn't be trying to explain my case". Would recommend bit wasting your time if you have a question, concern or issue. Just proceed straight to Postmaster Joanne at the main office.

  The employees that work the counter at this location are all very professional and helpful. Have always had a good experience at this location.
