I received this box from one of the companies through them, and they were the ones who delivered the box to me. Inside it was dirty and it was not the size I ordered. I went to return it and send it back, but the employee told me that they could not accept the box because it was dirty and asked me to buy a new box from them, even though they were the ones who delivered the box

Additionally, when the payment terminal prompted a customer service rating, the clerk selected a positive rating herself, which undermines the integrity of customer integrity. If I recall correctly, her name is Trisha.
