Station manager AJ enjoys talking down to customers when he can be bothered to work more than 3 hours a day. Of the 4-5 employees I had to deal with none of them knew their jobs or what they do or don't have the authority to say. One employee is such a professional that while on a phone disagreeing with each other he decided to explain to me that I should "behave like a man" and that me refusing to accept them being wrong "clearly should that I was ungodly" and "did not have God in my life otherwise I wouldn't be trying to explain my case". Would recommend bit wasting your time if you have a question, concern or issue. Just proceed straight to Postmaster Joanne at the main office.
