- DDDMAug 19, 20251.0A recent visit to this FedEx location to send a package was a disappointing experience. The staff member did not offer a greeting, and the interaction was at a bare minimum. This felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Throughout the visit, the demeanor of the staff seemed dismissive even when they made an error, making me feel as though correcting the error was an inconvenience. No apology or acknowledgement was provided which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. A professional, positive, and a respectful environment is a basic expectation in any business.
