During my time working as a contractor in Poland supporting the Ukrainian campaign, I shipped a trunk containing essential items valued at approximately $13,000, including tools and electronics necessary for my work. Unfortunately, this trunk was lost for eight months, and despite exhausting every possible avenue to retrieve it, I had no success. A friend recommended Renell, and I am truly grateful for that referral. Renell submitted the proper lost mail form, kept me consistently updated throughout the process, and within one month my trunk was returned with all items intact. Her professionalism, persistence, and dedication turned what felt like a hopeless situation into a successful resolution. I sincerely appreciate her efforts and highly commend her for the exceptional service she provided.

Today there was an inconvenience that the system act up and she handled it so well I was so impressed and grateful, especially now a days we deal with a lot of ai, so it’s nice to know there’s still kindness and great costumer service. This is the reason why I go to Blanchard post office and not north market. I appreciate you so much keep up great work, I truly appreciate it and I’m sure all your costumers do too.
