- SSScottFeb 19, 20262.0I have generally had very positive experiences over the past few years, but this particular occasion did not meet those expectations. I am curious as to why we continue to accept what appears to be subpar service. The establishment itself seemed rather unappealing, appearing unclean and poorly maintained. USPS seem to be falling apart. This week I've seen locations filthy, bricks falling off the walls interior, disgusting floors and ceilings. Only give people raises when they are energetic. Furthermore, prices seem to be steadily increasing. Regrettably, at approximately 1:50 PM today, only one individual appeared to be working, despite there being over ten people waiting in line. After waiting for about 15 minutes, someone entered and was allowed to bypass the queue because they were there for a pickup. I would like to point out that many of us were also there to pick up various items, such as stamps. Therefore, I question the appropriateness of this policy. I also believe that staff members should exhibit a more enthusiastic demeanor in their work. Perhaps a good night's rest would be beneficial, and at the very least, they should appear willing to engage with customers. We ought to anticipate a higher standard of service. I wonder who is responsible for scheduling, as it seems there may be a need for reconsideration in that area.
