- RHRussell HodgesMar 23, 20261.0I came in w an envelope that needed a second ounce stamp. Not only were there no second ounce stamps, there were no 1 ounce stamps at this Post Office. She tried to make me buy a 2 ounce stamp for $1.07 instead of weighing it and printing a stamp. USPS is a pitiful excuse of an operation. It is like going into a 3rd World country. I did not get to mail my letter today. Thanks for nothing.

I showed up for my 230 appointment at 2 and was told that the passport agent was on break and will be back around 3-4, that they didn’t really know. Me being naive, decided to wait for my appointment until 240. I asked the front desk for an update for the passports agents return time and was told, she’s not her supervisor, she doesn’t know or care. Like really?! So rude and unprofessional. Do not go there!
