    All I wanted to do is take a little rule card that I made on my phone, size it, and print in quantity for distribution at my workplace. The other places I tried before - FedEx Office on Siegen@I10 and the UPS Store on Highland@Lee - got me at the front desk, I told them what I was trying to do, they told me to email them the card on my phone, then pretty much disappeared into the back or went outside for 15-20mins without another word, until I just got tired of waiting and left. And this was without any other customers waiting except me. However, this particular store #1976 I have been to repeatedly for the same thing, and they actually help! Their computers however have issues that somehow make sizing my tiny document an absolute nightmare for getting more than a few on a page. Usually takes 30-45mins to get it right, but that's not their fault, I see them doing their absolute best to fight the stubborn software. Rebecca is the manager and she has wonderful customer service. She's friendly and has put her time in to get these little bastards printed out for me. Kayla one time stayed 15+mins after the store closed to try and get the computers to work right when I'd made changes and needed new printouts. Outstanding customer service that I did not expect or ask for (I was ready to leave when they closed, but Kayla kept working). Damn the computers for making what should be a fairly simple task an aggravation for these nice, dedicated ladies! But the fight lives on, as I have made one, final change to my document and need it done again. God help us all, but this store managed by Rebecca deserves top marks for the importance they place on us, their customers.

    I was there for a good bit packing and taping things so I got to see the employees interact with a lot of customers. Everyone there was kind and went out of their way to try and help each customer. Trent took the time with me to make sure I had the right size packing materials and was patient when presented with the amount of addresses and packages I had to send. Great spot to get stuff moving. Thanks again y'all.

    This has been one of the most frustrating experiences ever. I needed important documents to be sent to Canada and then back, for which I asked for a return label. It took three employees to figure something out because none of them knew how to navigate the system to generate invoices or print labels. After one hour, I was told that everything was taken care of and that I would be receiving updates regarding my packages. I received a notification a few days ago stating that Fedex had NOT included a commercial invoice for the shipment to be sent back to me, and therefore, they could not send my documents until I got that invoice. I drove back to the store that helped me initially and all theirs answers were pretty much 'There is nothing I can do on my end. Please call customer service'. Customer service told me they could not help and to contact their revenue department. I did and I was instructed to email billing support and call ANOTHER number. Keep in mind that all these support numbers do not have a real person on the other side and that you have to desl with an AI system until you can finally talk to a person. The first email response said that it would take 3-5 business days for them to desl with my request, and I later received another email telling me to contact duties and taxes instead. I spoke to someone from that department and their response was 'This requires a specialist. Please send your information to this email address'. The new automated email response I got says that it will take them 15-20 days to process my request. I have dealt with about 5-6 employees to this point and none of them are getting me anywhere close to solving my problem. They made a huge mistake when I first walked into the store and I am the one paying the price, without the ability to have someone help me solve this issue in a timely manner.

    Kayla a worker at this store has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. She was very calm and polite. She even went above and beyond for me. I was struggling to get something printed due to not being able to read it and had to go home by the time I would have made it back, the store would have been closed. She stayed extra time just for me to get something printed and laminated. It made me feel very welcomed and I will always come to this location just for her service. I would highly recommend her for management as someone who also works in management. Thank you Kayla!!!
