Why does it sit in Baton Rouge for days, before they even attempt to put it on a truck and deliver? Mailed January 2 from Lafayette, LA and it's 'expected' to get delivered in Baton Rouge on January 8, even though it made it to Baton Rouge in only a "few" days. If the post office was a private business, they would have closed down decades ago. "Public service" just means nobody gives a damn. Could you imagine if the same people ran the entire health system? You'd sit in a waiting room for a week bleeding, before they found time to let you see a doctor.

I’m a notary here and did a remote notarization for minor consent form for passport which is allowed ( I have done plenty) and just because my client was Hispanic this lady told me she wasn’t gonna send the application because remote notarization is not allowed. You guys need better training and better staff!!

I don’t know how they can change my mailing address without my approval or authorization??? The person who put in the change request also canceled it, but they are still sending my mail to another address. I called customer service and they said I didn’t have to do anything since the original request was cancelled but my mail is still being sent elsewhere.
