- RDriley dbOct 27, 20253.0when i first came in i was a bit early to my appointment, and the first lady to help me was not friendly in the slightest and told me to go wait somewhere else until my appointment. came back in 10 minutes later closer to my appointment time and there was a shift change and the new lady was so kind and helpful, really made my first time ever applying for a passport a breeze. not sure what made the first woman’s morning so rough but i wish she didn’t take it out on others!

- IMIvory MiniumAug 12, 20251.0My package was supposed to be here from SC to Opelousas LA the 4th Monday . It's been "on transit" the 7th of Aug to now the 12th from Baton Rouge to here only 2 HOURS AWAY. I BEEN CALLING FOR 4 DAYS!! ANSWER THE PHONE PLEASE!
- DBDarryl BatisteAug 1, 20251.0I hate to be negative, but i have never seen a post office work so hard at not working to help customers, the downtown baton rouge post office have shown me they are not interested in customer service, one register open and three others just walking around and 15 waiting in line while one process a family of 6 with passport applications, and the other three just taking up space, they did ask if you were dropping off a package they would accept the package but no one was there to drop off, after 20 mins and the.line growing i had had enough. When you get shut down by the chump administration it's your own darn fault. The government street location is therunner up for some of the worst service to.....embarrassing.
- EJEmanuel JordanSep 14, 20171.0This post office is horrible. The sub mail person need to be fired. She speed pass our home and don't deliver packages. And have the nerve to send our packages back and say no access. It's a single home with no gate. I hope she lose her damn job !!!!!!!!
