- CPCarla plummer6 days ago1.0The most unprofessional governmental post office I have ever dealt with! Do not schedule to get your passport done here! I showed up for my 230 appointment at 2 and was told that the passport agent was on break and will be back around 3-4, that they didn’t really know. Me being naive, decided to wait for my appointment until 240. I asked the front desk for an update for the passports agents return time and was told, she’s not her supervisor, she doesn’t know or care. Like really?! So rude and unprofessional. Do not go there!

- RDriley dbOct 27, 20253.0when i first came in i was a bit early to my appointment, and the first lady to help me was not friendly in the slightest and told me to go wait somewhere else until my appointment. came back in 10 minutes later closer to my appointment time and there was a shift change and the new lady was so kind and helpful, really made my first time ever applying for a passport a breeze. not sure what made the first woman’s morning so rough but i wish she didn’t take it out on others!

- EJEmanuel JordanSep 14, 20171.0This post office is horrible. The sub mail person need to be fired. She speed pass our home and don't deliver packages. And have the nerve to send our packages back and say no access. It's a single home with no gate. I hope she lose her damn job !!!!!!!!
