- RRRebeka RaySep 8, 20251.0Mail carriers constantly claim buildings are locked. Today specifically, I had an "unable to access" my building alert at 11:30am. It's a multi function building with businesses and residences. The building has 3 entry points, all of which are UNLOCKED during business hours (which is 9a-5p for most). When you go to inquire, they claim someone will call. Last time this happened, no one called. The overall quality and care with USPS is deplorable and a huge disappointment. No one takes pride in themselves or their jobs anymore.

They make false claims about doing their job but turns out someone is mishandling or stealing packages. After further investigation they allow the carriers to make claims about correct deliveries just to cover up poor service. I’m now afraid to ever order anything to my home because of “miscommunication”. The managers are rude and do absolutely nothing to assist. UPDATE: After never receiving my package and the Post Office hold the the claim it was delivered almost a year later I moved locations and was called by the new owners letting me know I received a package. Surely it was indeed the package they swore was delivered! When I called to see where the package and been for a year. They stated it was “some kind of error that they don’t know”.
