Omg we love our mail lady and her socks always makes a smile on our face. We love seeing her different socks each day and as a businesswoman it definitely takes away from the boring days we have and they bring a light to our office everyday. I believe her name is Shena

Every time I come here the staff is beyond friendly. I dropped off 300 envelopes to mail this morning and Ms. Cody couldn't have been nicer. Their decorations for breast cancer awareness are so fun, too!

My package was already late and they 1.) wouldn’t allow us to just come pick it up, (we live about 45 minutes away.) 2.) Sent it to a whole other state, where it looks like it will be sitting over the 3 day weekend since that location is closed. It was a snack box that the company had to refund because its freaking perishable items. When someone pays extra for priority mail they expect it to be a priority and come within a certain timeframe. USPS should be charged when companies have to refund customers because USPS can’t deliver within a timeframe they quote. Not to mention there’s nothing USPS will do to rectify the situation with me or the company who had to issue me a refund on a product USPS let go bad.
