- BMBethany MaiOct 31, 20251.0i never even write reviews at all but this lady that does passports is by far the most negative person ever. no help, harsh (she was demanding, snatched a pen out my hand (literally left me in disbelief), and spoke to me like i was stupid when it was my first time trying to renew my passport without the help of my parents, disrespectfully spoken, and even the workers were trying to correct her at her GROWN age about her behavior (her response was that she don’t care by the way) which shows who was in the wrong because one of them didn’t believe she was rude to me at first but then later on apologized for her rudeness. i can understand being frustrated in the middle of working by yourself in front of a lot of customers rushing in because i didn’t mind waiting those thirty minutes or even an hour past my appointment time but seriously, do better and don’t work somewhere you can’t even have patience for. other than that i pray you find peace and a better way to act towards people who are only seeking help and being kind. God bless.

They went above and beyond for me when I accidentally put the wrong address down on a package, they were able to receive it before it got too far away. Highly recommend them and I definitely appreciate all the help they did to get me back that package.
- JBJoyce BuchananSep 29, 20251.0“Courier couldn't access”- THIS IS A BLATANT LIE!!!! And an ongoing problem with the inept staff from the USPS Millwood Branch at 4700 Millwood Drive, BR 70817. The counter staff to the couriers are flat out LAZY AND INCOMPETENT!!! I work from home. The Hoo Shoo Too Road and Jefferson Hwy are the main access streets to my subdivision, both streets where open and flowing!!! No street in the subdivision or my street in particular had any access issues. The packages were TOO BIG FOR THE TRIFLING Carrier to stuff in the central mailbox so they just decided not to deliver it. This is not a new problem, it has been an intermittent longstanding problem for years. If disciplinary actions were taken maybe customers would get what their tax dollars and shipping fees are paying for. Privatizing the USPS would be great. Hopefully tRUMP makes some federal cuts at the Millwood location. Service couldn’t be any worse, than not getting your mail / packages timely.

I got to the front and after waiting all that time, I was told they were out of money orders, funny thing is, they were out of money orders 6 months ago as well... ijs. Inefficient post office.
- JEJeremy EvansAug 18, 20251.0Packages sit for days, I had a package arrive to the Post Office on a Wednesday at 6:00am my package was delivered on a Thursday and the someone went into their system and changed my delivery to the previous day, Wednesday at 8:01 am. Once I got my package from my P.O. Box, the package was an empty box. When I told the lady at the front, she literally told me " if they go in your box and it's nothing they want, they will close it back and retape it." Lastly she said, file a claim.
