When I purchased them, I was told that they’d be ready in 1 week. I’ve been to this office 3 times to check on them over the last 3 weeks, every Saturday. At first, they couldn’t find my name and address on their book to prove that I ordered them, someone else had to look in the book to find my name. Then, I was told that the staff that do the keys are probably on vacation and there’s nothing that can be done for me other than holding my mail until someone gets the keys after their vacation. I’ve never had to go through all this to get mailbox keys before. This is my first time trying to get them at this office, so maybe it’s just them. I’m currently here for the 3rd weekend and they still aren’t ready. I’m also witnessing them be very annoyed with these customers who don’t speak fluent English.

- AJADEL “Aj” JABERDec 16, 20251.0I just let this post office, unfortunately I had a very bad experience, I brought a package to return to Ebay, i have a return label it's just needs to print from my phone, she told I need to go to ups to have it printed but the way she told me was very mean way specifically when I asked to print it and she repeated that with very very ugly screaming telling me we don't do that here, I told her I would pay for the print out and she was screaming in a very loud way and her face was like a devil shouted at me and kept doing that, i was very calm but anything I said it would agitated her, i am a business person and a people person but she was an elderly lady i feel bad for her working in public services.
