We’ve been grateful over the past five years to have Greg and the team help us print projects large and small on critical schedules. The counter person just stares at you and after returning some items, she holds out the receipt and says, "here you go". What's up with the customer service here? Are the days of, "Hi, how can I help you? " out the window? At least my items were processed.
