  Of all of my customer service experiences this place has one of the lowest levels that I’ve experienced—and from of all people, the owner. As I decided upon which box service I was going to get, the owner—an older White man—took it upon himself to let me know how he could change his rules (such as the 24 hour access), minimum term of service (6 mo compared to 3 mo) and the prices whenever and however he wanted to. I suggested to him that that would be a bad idea if he picked and choose who and how he did that to; he let me know that it would be best I went somewhere else. I GLADLY took my business somewhere else—though I didn’t need him to tell me that. This was the second Nasty encounter with this owner—the first was when I had a document notarized—you talk about a trip! One of my top 3 worst customer services period. NEVER again!

  Went in today 1/31 around 1:20 pm to return some items and there was a young Caucasian girl with dark hair at the register. She did not greet me when I walked in but I noticed she greeted others of a different ethnicity than me. When it was my turn to approach her register, she still didnt greet me. Instead, she walked away and came back with some packages and started placing labels on them while I was standing there waiting. Eventually I just grabbed my things and went to another register where an older lady was very helpful to me and very sweet.

  I probably been in there 20 times. Never had a problem they've always been friendly.

  Manager( beard at the front desk usually) was very rude and short , was nice and made eye contact with the white people and disregarded the black people . Was rude when I inquired about a job and told me I couldn’t manage it clearly based off just judging me and didn’t actually try to know or get to know my work ethic . Never had an experience like this until today
