  Manager( beard at the front desk usually) was very rude and short , was nice and made eye contact with the white people and disregarded the black people . Was rude when I inquired about a job and told me I couldn’t manage it clearly based off just judging me and didn’t actually try to know or get to know my work ethic . Never had an experience like this until today

  My favorite UPS location. Nice folks. Workers are helpful and efficient.

  Owner was so rude and non-helpful. He was senior citizen with white hair and glasses. Sadly, I’ve been over 30 times and every employee has been remarkably kind , but he was opposite. I had an Amazon return as usual that only req’d a code and no packaging. He gave a a clear bag and said it’s gonna have to fit in this. He stared at me as I struggled to fit it in and when I asked for help he wouldn’t. He told me I have to follow the rules and I could not use scotch tape when I was trying to close the bag. He said I can however by a box. 📦 When I asked if there was another employee I could speak with that may be a little more accommodating, he replied: “I am the owner!” YIKES !! To top it off, as I was walking out the store, he stopped me to ensure I didn’t leave with his 5cent clear plastic bag. He exclaimed: “ You wouldn’t but a $5 box so why should I let u keep my bag.” 🤦‍♀️ UPDATE: Went to UPS on Highland Rd; The Owner, Jason was incredibly kind and helpful and packed it all up for me without any of my assistance. When I was shocked he didn’t need me to cram it in a bag he said: “Your the customer; why would I let u do it ?” Wow, what a drastic difference in customer service. He didn’t make me feel like a burden or that I was breaking any rules by bringing in a bulky return that may need some packaging tape.

  The notarize person there is very rude and he is smarter than your paper that you need him to be notary. He charge you over price for notary plus he is never in the store. He said he don’t have to be in store all the time which I don’t get it because he is the only one there that do the notary. If you don’t have to be in the store all time that you should have someone else to do your job. Go to other UPS location they only charge you $10 per paper to do notary. He is charge you $25 per paper.

  Lauren packed a cherished set of family china dishes that were sent to Denver. My sister could not have been more pleased! Each piece carefully, neatly, expertly, individually wrapped and arrived safely, in a timely manner. The entire staff at this location are attentive, polite, efficient. Retail, especially at a mailing business, is challenging, as is dealing with impatient customers. But this staff gets it done. Only UPS Store I frequent now. Thank y’all!
