  extremely rude front desk clerk No adults in the store only immature teenagers My return was cancelled with no further explanation of why . Needs better management!!

  My package wouldn’t scan. The representative said “it won’t scan. And the driver has to scan it too,” and nothing else. So I went to the UPS farther down Jefferson where they were much more helpful and reprinted the label for me. Won’t be coming back here lol

  "Aerial" asked my information, typed it in and then asked me to check it. In checking I asked her to update my name spelling, she did. Then I asked her to correct my return address. She said it won't matter since it will be returned to the store, she didn't change the address. I asked for the tracking info and she rudely replied, "its highlighted on there". Her attitude could have been improved and her attention to detail should be better.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service! Tall guy with dreads has a very bad attitude and should not be working in customer service. He was upset that I wanted to tape my own package closed. The reason I preferred to tape my own package closed is because a previous time I shipped something it was missing items after the associate told me he would close it himself. Since then I just do it on my own. He stated in a rude manner “tape it before you come then you won’t have that to worry about”. All of that because I wanted to tape it myself ? Then he made it about purchasing tape, which is insane when the last 2 times that I’ve came they have had tape on the packaging table and they have instructed me and several others to use it without charging. Now today it is “everyone is supposed to buy their own tape that is why we have it for sale on the wall”. I could have purchased my own tape that is not a problem but if every time I come I’m told to use the tape on the table and I’m never charged, how would I know that I am supposed to purchase tape from them, especially when I don’t know because the associates aren’t informing people of that policy. When I went back inside and asked for a manager the lady told me she wasn’t in today and asked the guy that I had just had an issue with how to contact her and he pointed at an email. On my way out I told him he has a very bad attitude and that the remark he made was very rude, he then decides he wanted to argue with me and be sarcastic about buying tape. It took for him to want to argue with me (a paying customer) for me to be informed of the company’s policy about purchasing tape. Management needs to get the entire team on one page. The policy seems to change every other day or when certain people work. All of this is over a piece of tape. Will not be returning to this location.
