Malachi in particular is spectacular - super friendly dude, always has a smile, well mannered, and always gets the job done with no delays. This whole store has the best customer service talent I’ve ever seen. Everyone in a customer service position should have to be trained from this store - they’re the gold standard. UPS higher-ups need to check this store out and eye-witness customer service greatness.
