First, they informed me that it would be $3.00 now to print my packing slip, ran back to my car, grabbed my wallet and ran back in. This was the first time any UPS store in Baton Rouge has ever tried to charge me to print a piece of paper to send my package. Next, they said they couldn’t just scan it, I would have to email it. I asked the guy to ask the UPS driver to wait until he could print it because IT WAS AN OVERNIGHT DELIVERY and had to be there the next day by 3PM, which is what I paid for. He refused, so while he was acting like he was looking for the email, I ran out and talked to the UPS guy myself. 15 minutes later and several attempts to resend the slip to be printed (including sending photos of the slip itself, which I have photos of where I sent them to the correct email), the guy said he couldn’t print them, the UPS driver came to the door and said he had to leave and the rude guy helping me said it’s fine it can be sent tomorrow. I looked at him and said, “No, like I said when I first came in this had to be overnighted today in order to get these ABSENTEE VOTER BALLOTS to the election office before the close of business tomorrow. Then the guy starts to just walk off. I asked him his name, and the guy refused to give it and walked to the back. The other workers standing around are clearly afraid of this guy and said they couldn’t tell me his name. So I’ll simply describe him as the only white, balding guy working on August 26, 2025 from 6:35-7 PM. He was rude the entire time and acted like I was inconveniencing him… I also realized once I left that the last email I sent to print my packing slip was rejected and now my email has been blocked from sending anything to this store! But don’t worry, you can let him know that I will be contacting the UPS Store Corporate Office in SanDiego because the only delivery service I use is UPS and the only way to send packages in Baton Rouge is unfortunately now by dropping them off at a UPS store and he just cost UPS money…
