  Went yesterday about 12pm to mail a next day air package. I was instructed to use the self scanner which I did and got a receipt. The girl at the desk told me to leave the package on the table near the scanner and she’d take care of it. So I left and kept checking the tracking. No updates. So today I went to the store because after calling continuously for 30 mins with no answer I had to see what was going on. When I got there, there was one employee playing in his phone behind the desk. Packages were piled everywhere! I told him the situation. He went over to the self scanner table (which was piled with more packages) and said it may be there. He looked around a bit and then opened the cabinet door below the scanner. More packages were crammed in there along with mine! IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TODAY! It hadn’t even left the store. I have no idea why there were so many packages there if the truck had picked up at 5pm the previous day. This really is unacceptable. And if I knew how to report this to corporate I would. I’m still looking into it. People pay premium fees for next day air. That mean NEXT DAY not “at their leisure”.

  KOLE needs a raise for all the crazy returns I brought in tonight! He was so helpful and did it all with a smile! Will come back to this store

  Came to this store to have a couple of things printed on thick poster paper. Seems like a simple task. Unfortunately the new staff did not know what to do since this was their first time having to do this. So they had to repeatedly call the manager since they weren't on sight. I tried to be patient since I get that for everything there is a first time. When the staff member finally got it right (or as i thought) the print out was only on half the sheet. So I had to ask her to redo it this time filing the whole sheet. Looks like something that should be common sense being these were certificates I needed printed. Second time she almost got it right but some important details were cut. So I pointed it out and the third time it looked better. Mind you everything mentioned to this point took 45 minutes off my time. But to top it off, when it was time to pay I used cash since my total was only three and some change. All I had was a ten and the rest twenties. THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH CHANGE TO BREAK A TEN! ARE YOU FRIGGIN KIDDING ME???!!! However another customer in the line had some extra ones to break my ten. I can understand a small business not having change for a fifty or greater but that was definitely a first. Going forward, I will continue to use the store in denham springs. Might have to leave early and burn more gas but definitely worth avoiding the headaches of this again!
