- TTTigreDec 3, 20251.0Over the span of one week, I had a visit from RXO 3 times. The first crew was rude and did not use teflon tape to SECURE a gas line to a stove, which was a purchased service via Frigidaire. I had a gas leak in my home for over 24 hours. When I called RXO to request service from them to please come check the stove as I was smelling gas, Stephanie the manager informed me that “there was no one available”. This resulted in the gas company needing to shut off the gas directly to the house since they wedged the stove in, blocking off the direct gas valve. Queue no hot water for 48 more hours. The second crew that came out to fix the problem deserve recognition for their expeditious problem solving, but alas, they shouldn’t have needed to come out. The third crew was professional. It’s unfortunate that the massive mistake of one crew and the lack of crisis management by their supervisor could have resulted in a disaster. I could not and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I received an automated phone call the day before my scheduled delivery, and as promised, the driver called me when he was 30 minutes out (& also 45 mins early - which make me very happy!) to make sure I was home and ready.
