The 2nd go around was better than the first. Had updates everyday on status. The delivery guy did exactly what I wanted. My pkg'ing is damaged and I haven't opened up the box to see if my actual product is intact. 🤞🏾, I'll update once product is open and installed.

Delivery of new washer, removal of old washer, and final installation of new machine took 20 minutes. The Gentleman and young fellow were super polite and very competent. A very pleasant experience to have them here.

The tracking app didnt match the actual delivery. I was excited when they called. I was thinking the app was wrong. They even liked my little dogs. They took my mattress out the box at their warehouse before delivery so it had time to expand. Great job guys.
