  They gave the wrong address and phone number to the delivery company I called in the morning to delivery and found that out corrected everything they still gave the delivery company the wrong address and phone number so now my delivery is back to the warehouse and they're telling me there's nothing they can do all they did was put me in touch with the delivery company and they're just basically telling me Oh well I've had the most horrible experience I've ever had in my life with stuff like this this morning with this company took off work today being the only day I could do that and have this mattress delivered

  Over the span of one week, I had a visit from RXO 3 times. The first crew was rude and did not use teflon tape to SECURE a gas line to a stove, which was a purchased service via Frigidaire. I had a gas leak in my home for over 24 hours. When I called RXO to request service from them to please come check the stove as I was smelling gas, Stephanie the manager informed me that “there was no one available”. This resulted in the gas company needing to shut off the gas directly to the house since they wedged the stove in, blocking off the direct gas valve. Queue no hot water for 48 more hours. The second crew that came out to fix the problem deserve recognition for their expeditious problem solving, but alas, they shouldn’t have needed to come out. The third crew was professional. It’s unfortunate that the massive mistake of one crew and the lack of crisis management by their supervisor could have resulted in a disaster. I could not and would not recommend this company to anyone.

  The delivery driver was quick, efficient and very polite. I received an automated phone call the day before my scheduled delivery, and as promised, the driver called me when he was 30 minutes out (& also 45 mins early - which make me very happy!) to make sure I was home and ready.

  The delivery guys were super friendly! They got my Peloton inside quickly and made sure that everything was working properly before they left.
