And she was on her phone the whole time. **I brought in 5 large heavy boxes on a cart, and rather than helping me using their handheld scanner and scan my prepaid labels fixed on my boxes, she made me carry each box, hold it in a awkward way against their table top scanner (that is bolted down btw) and scan them one by one. Attendant dislikes her job and people otherwise she’d be helping. Terrible reputation for your brand, FEDEX. Never coming back to this store again.
