  This has been one of the most frustrating experiences ever. I needed important documents to be sent to Canada and then back, for which I asked for a return label. It took three employees to figure something out because none of them knew how to navigate the system to generate invoices or print labels. After one hour, I was told that everything was taken care of and that I would be receiving updates regarding my packages. I received a notification a few days ago stating that Fedex had NOT included a commercial invoice for the shipment to be sent back to me, and therefore, they could not send my documents until I got that invoice. I drove back to the store that helped me initially and all theirs answers were pretty much 'There is nothing I can do on my end. Please call customer service'. Customer service told me they could not help and to contact their revenue department. I did and I was instructed to email billing support and call ANOTHER number. Keep in mind that all these support numbers do not have a real person on the other side and that you have to desl with an AI system until you can finally talk to a person. The first email response said that it would take 3-5 business days for them to desl with my request, and I later received another email telling me to contact duties and taxes instead. I spoke to someone from that department and their response was 'This requires a specialist. Please send your information to this email address'. The new automated email response I got says that it will take them 15-20 days to process my request. I have dealt with about 5-6 employees to this point and none of them are getting me anywhere close to solving my problem. They made a huge mistake when I first walked into the store and I am the one paying the price, without the ability to have someone help me solve this issue in a timely manner.

  Kayla a worker at this store has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. She was very calm and polite. She even went above and beyond for me. I was struggling to get something printed due to not being able to read it and had to go home by the time I would have made it back, the store would have been closed. She stayed extra time just for me to get something printed and laminated. It made me feel very welcomed and I will always come to this location just for her service. I would highly recommend her for management as someone who also works in management. Thank you Kayla!!!

  The staff here is very nice and friendly but won't go the extra mile for you. I tried to use the self service printers to print a single page. The usb ports were broken on each. There was one lady ahead of me placing a very large order but she had to run out to her car to grab something. I asked the girl at the counter if she could print a single page for me because the self service printers wouldn't read my usb. She said "there are too many jobs ahead of you, go to another store" and proceeded to inform me of other locations. Well, it was raining and late. I simply left. Very disappointed.

  If you use Fedex shipping for your business do not use this location! I work conventions around the country and regularly use Fedex services to ship and hold my merchandise. I sent out packages to this location Monday, and when they arrived Thursday they were signed by "PATRIICIA" at this location. This has happened in the past where a manager signs in order to move the packages to a storage area or some such. Anyway, I thought nothing of it until I showed up and they claimed they didn't have my packages! I showed them a PATRIICIA had signed and they claimed they were refused because they don't accept return packages. However the tracking obviously shows they'd never been to this location, and they had just arrived today, Thursday. Then they bring Patricia out, the manager that signed for my packages. She says again she doesn't accept return packages, and when I ask where my packages are, she says I may be able to catch the driver. Sure enough the delivery guy out front had loaded my packages into his truck, and I had to personally unload them. Not only that, they never checked my ID for these seven huge packages full of merchandise!!! Anyone could have walked off with these, and Patricia obviously didn't care. Also I'm shocked she signed form my packages and sent them back without calling my number which is printed clearly on every package.
