At the last minute I found out my package was ”out for delivery” to an old address (where I wouldn’t be able to retrieve it), and they were able to help! They called a different post office, intercepted it, and I was able to pick it up at the other office. So so kind and resourceful! Couldn’t thank you guys enough.

Today I went to get my monthly money order for our rent and upon walking up to this woman's register "I'm literally standing in front of her, and this man that walked in while I was already waiting in line just bolts in front of me towards the left side of the register on my left side, holding a large white envelope and starts talking to this lady about his envelope... Instead of politely asking me what I need, or letting the man know I was there way before he was' mind you I was standing there counting my money for the money order clearly awaiting for her to do my transaction, she just straight up ignores me and deals with his transaction so after I let her know hello I need a money she tells me to basically wait my turn that she will be just a moment, I'm like well seeing as how I'm the one that was in line waiting before this man and I'm in a hurry she goes oh you say that all the time when you come in here in a sarcastic voice so I'm like no I never come here I normally use the Pineville location she then proceeds to tell me oh well we are much faster than them, so I try to patiently wait while she fidgets with this man's envelope and they conversate, when he walks out finally I hand her my money and she proceeds to discriminate me by fiddling with my bills that clearly just came out of the bank tellers hands, and yes I'm well aware they mark them but this was very rude amd different from how they have done this before at other post offices, she literally sat there delaying me even more time by playing with my money as you can see in my photos I will never use this location again bc I feel deeply discriminated against and idk if its bc I am white that she treated me with such disrespect but what happened to me today should not have happened at all I will be speaking with the main management about what I went through today
